Razumkov Centre research fellow on legal issues, retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Petro Stetsiuk took part in the press conference "Staffing of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with a view of European integration" (October 18, 2023, press centre of the Ukrinform news agency).
People's Deputies of Ukraine Denys Maslov (Chairman of the Legal Policy Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine) and Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, expert of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform Andriy Mahera and former heads of the Constitutional Courts of Lithuania Dainius Žalimas and Georgia Giorgi Papuashvili also took part in the event.
The participants of the press conference discussed the process of staffing of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the start of the work of the Advisory Group of Experts of the Constitutional Court, as well as the new tasks and challenges that may arise before the CCU in connection with acceleration of the European integration processes.
