The Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko held a scientific conference "Theoretical and practical aspects of political development in Ukraine and the world in the conditions of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war (in memory of Liubomyr Mandziy)" (05/10/2023), attended by political analysts, historians, lawyers, economists, former people's deputies of Ukraine, practitioners from the state executive authorities and self-government bodies, independent experts from Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Uzhgorod and Chernivtsi.
The conference participants discussed internal and external dimensions of national security during the full-scale war, transformation of political institutions and a new role of political elites and civil society leaders in the conditions of the current political developments.
The participants and speakers included Razumkov Centre military programmes director M.Sunhurovskyi (“Internal and external peace and security of Ukraine in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war”) and Razumkov Centre research fellow on legal issues Petro Stetsiuk (“Functioning of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in war conditions (security aspects)”.
