On December 6, 2025, Razumkov Centre’s research fellow on legal issues, retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine P. Stetsiuk took part in the All-Ukrainian Round Table "State-building and Law-making in War and Post-War Conditions".
The event was organized by the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs jointly with the Academician Petro Rabinovych Human Rights Laboratory of the Research Institute of State Building and Local Self-Government of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
The round table was attended by legal scholars and practitioners of bodies of internal affairs from Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkiv and other Ukrainian cities.
Speaking with a report “Problems of constitutional and legal regulation of the procedure for the formation and activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”, P. Stetsiuk drew the attention of the round table participants to the need of systemic improvement of legal regulation of selection of candidates for judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, as well as the procedure of consideration of constitutional complaints.
