On June 26, 2024, Razumkov Centre held an expert discussion "Geopolitical challenges and geoeconomic shifts" devoted to the analysis of the current state and nearest prospects of socio-political and socio-economic transformations in Ukraine and the world, including those caused by election campaigns in the US and EU countries.
The expert discussion was held in the Chatham House format on the basis of the Razumkov Centre Zoom platform. Members of the Razumkov Centre Club were invited to participate.
Razumkov Centre President Yuriy Yakymenko and the Centre’s Economic Programmes Director Vasyl Yurchyshyn made a short presentation of their policy paper "Geopolitical Challenges and Geoeconomic Shifts", which is publicly available on the Centre's website (https://razumkov.org.ua/statti/geopolitychni-vyklyky-ta-geoekonomichni-zsuvy).
Known Ukrainian scholars, analysts and experts took part in the discussion of the results and the broad discussion of the issues covered, including Deputy Director of the Institute for Economics and Forecasting Serhiy Korablin, Deputy Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies Yaroslav Zhalilo and others. In general, the discussion took place in a frank and friendly atmosphere.
