On April 16, 2026, Razumkov Centre's co-director of foreign policy and international security programmes M. Pashkov took part in an expert discussion within the framework of the study "Kitchen Revolution in Russia: Will the Internet Shutdown Change Anything?", which was prepared by the head of the Dilova Stolytsia think tank, V. Denisenko. The event was organized by the National Institute for Strategic Studies. 

The discussion focused on processes and trends in Russian society and the political leadership of the aggressor country. In his presentation, M. Pashkov touched upon the specific features of the EU policy towards Russia.
