At 11:00 a.m. on March 6, 2023, the second Polish-Ukrainian scientific seminar "Impact of war on the constitutional system of power in Ukraine and other Central and East European countries. Constitutional determinants of reaction to Russia's armed attack on Ukraine" started online.
The event was organized by the University of Law and Public Administration in Rzeszów (WSPiA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa) together with Razumkov Centre.
Polish and Ukrainian constitutional scholars, political scientists, foreign policy specialists and independent experts took part.
The following issues were discussed:
- the need to adopt a new Constitution / update the current Constitution of Ukraine after the end of the Russo-Ukrainian war;
- constitutional consequences of Ukraine's accession to the European Union; the need for changes to the constitutions of other states in the context of the experience of the Russian aggression against Ukraine,
- the problem of further European integration in the context of the experience of the Russian aggression against Ukraine
The discussion was held on the basis of the University of Law and Public Administration in Rzeszów Zoom platform.
