Oleksiy Melnyk, Co-Director of Foreign Relations and International Security Programmes of the Razumkov Centre, made a report in the European Parliament dedicated to Russia’s hybrid war in Ukraine. Also, the Centre’s representative participated in the Subcommittee on Security and Defence Committee on Foreign Affairs. Other speakers included Ambassador John E. Herbst, Director of the Eurasia Centre at the Atlantic Council, and Kenneth Geers, Cyber Analyst and Senior Fellow of the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security at the Atlantic Council.
