On February 7, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., the online Round Table "Ukraine on the Road to the EU: Realities and Prospects" started its work. The event was organised jointly with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Ukraine. As part of the event, a new issue of Razumkov Centre's National Security & Defence journal dedicated to the problems of European integration of Ukraine was presented (a brief summary of the project materials is available on the Razumkov Centre website).

Government officials, scholars, Ukrainian and foreign experts and diplomats took part in the discussion.

The following issues were discussed:

• Realities, problems and challenges of European integration of Ukraine in wartime. A new quality of solidarity and partnership between Kyiv and Brussels.
• The candidate status and prospects of the beginning of negotiations on the EU membership: preliminary results and reasons for optimism.
• Ukraine-EU summit: "breakthrough", continuation of "turbo regime", signs of slowdown?

The Round Table was held, using the Razumkov Centre Zoom platform, from 12:00 to 14:00.

The event was broadcast live on the Razumkov Centre YouTube channel.
