On July 6, 2023, the Director of energy and infrastructure programmes of Razumkov Centre V. Omelchenko, took part in the Communities’ Energy Security Forum as a speaker at the panel discussion "Possibilities for the development of distributed generation in communities".

The Communities’ Energy Security Forum is a key event for those interested in energy efficiency, local energy resources, renewable energy, distributed generation and protecting critical community infrastructure.

The forum was organized by the Energy Club. More than 25 regional energy companies, representatives of the executive branch, experts and representatives of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took part in the event.
