On September 30, 2022, co-director of foreign policy and international security programmes of Razumkov Center Mykhailo Pashkov took part in the online expert discussion "Ukraine-Belarusian relations in the war context", held within the framework of the 10th international congress of Belarusian researchers. The event took place in Kaunas with support from Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Belarus.
M. Pashkov delivered a speech "Ukrainian priorities in Belarus", in which he outlined Ukraine’s interests in relations with the neighbouring state, challenges and threats of the Belarusian factor in the war context. He also mentioned some measures and initiatives aimed at intensifying Ukraine's information policy in relations with Belarus.
