Razumkov Centre has joined the international project "InvigoratEU: Invigorating Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy for a Resilient Europe". The project is being implemented by a consortium of research institutions — members of the Trans European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA) and funded by the European Union.
The goal of the project is to identify, through joint efforts of more than 50 researchers from different European countries, how the EU can build future relations with its eastern neighbours and the countries of the Western Balkans, and how the EU can invigorate its enlargement and neighbourhood policy in order to enhance Europe’s resilience.
Within the framework of the InvigoratEU project, Razumkov Centre will analyse the development of the situation in Ukraine in different sectors in the conditions of the war with the Russian aggressor and perform public opinion polls. Based on the results of the project, which will last for three years, political recommendations will be worked out for the governing bodies of the EU and other stakeholders.
InvigoratEU is a new project of the Horizon Europe programme coordinated by the EU Chair of the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) together with the Berlin Institute for European Politics (IEP). The official go-ahead to the project will be given on February 20–21, 2024, at a conference in Tbilisi.
