On April 21, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Social Policy and Protection of Veterans' Rights held a round table meeting "Pensions for pensioners and disabled persons in Ukraine compared to the EU countries".
Ukrainian MPs, representatives of central executive bodies, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Human Rights Commissioner, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, parties to the social dialogue, public organizations, scientific institutions, mass media, etc. took part in the event.
The leading expert of Razumkov Centre, O. Pyschulina, also took part. She introduced a number of proposals regarding parametric and institutional approaches to reforming the pension system of Ukraine. Recommendations of Razumkov Centre were proposed for the draft decision of the round table meeting.
