On 7 November the Razumkov Centre presented its publications “Human Capital Development: Towards Quality Reforms” and “The Forecast Scenario of the Development of Ukraine’s Economy: Cautious Pessimism”.
The analytical report “Human Capital Development: Towards Quality Reforms” looks at the wide range of factors affecting the quality of institutional reforms and socio-economic strategies aimed at human capital development. In particular, it explores the state and progress of health and educational sector reforms, as well as the current state of development of Ukrainian science, which should be the key to building a competitive and growing economy.The materials include the results of public opinion survey studying the attitudes of Ukrainians towards the main directions of reforms — education, health and social policy — which reflect changes in the Ukrainian society’s perceptions during the period of transformation.The publication “The Forecast Scenario of the Development of Ukraine’s Economy: Cautious Pessimism” presents one of possible scenarios of Ukraine’s economic development, focusing on the analysis of internal and external challenges that may restrict the country’s growth and development.
