On February 15, 2023, Razumkov Centre Energy Programmes Director Volodymyr Omelchenko took part in the Round Table "New Code on Subsoil. Pitfalls", held at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Centre and was attended by many industry experts.

During the event, the Law No. 2805-IX adopted at the end of last year, which introduced many changes to the Code on Subsoil and other legal acts on subsoil use, and issues of the extractive industry reform were examined.
