Meeting of the Ukrainian-Polish Club of Constitutionalists

On 8 February, 2022 a regular meeting of the Ukrainian-Polish Club of Constitutionalists (UPCC) took place at the Razumkov Centre.

The Ukrainian-Polish Club of Constitutionalists (UPCC) is an informal scientific association of Ukrainian and Polish scholars in the field of constitutional law, judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) and the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland, politicians and legal scholars.

The UPCC  meeting was attended by Ukrainian constitutional scholars from Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Kharkiv, retired CCU judges, and members of Ukrainian Parliament of previous convocations. The Polish side was represented by scientists from Rzeszów, Gdańsk, Toruń, Łódz, and retired judges of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Republic of Poland.

The participants of the UPCC meeting summed up the activities of the Club and outlined plans for the future.
