Lecture for cadets of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs

On November 10, 2025, Razumkov Centre's research fellow on legal issues, retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Doctor of Law Petro Stetsiuk delivered a guest lecture "Constitutional Control in the Practice of Modern States" at the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.

Future law enforcement officers received a detailed overview of the establishment of constitutional control, features of its main models, as well as the procedure of formation and powers of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as a national body of constitutional jurisdiction. Special attention was paid to the status of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

The lecture was delivered to 2nd-year cadets of Faculty No. 1 of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs as part of the academic course "Constitutional Law". The first vice-rector of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs Ruslan Strotskyi, who was present at the lecture, thanked the lecturer and Razumkov Centre for cooperation in training future Ukrainian law enforcement officers.
