25 May 2022, Mykhailo Pashkov, co-director of the Razumkov Centre’s Foreign Relations and International Security Programmes, took part in the founding meeting of the working group on international tribunal issues, organised within the Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) network. The meeting that brought together close to 50 MPs, statesmen and experts from different countries, was devoted to the problems and prospects of creating a special international tribunal to punish crimes of aggression against Ukraine.
The participants discussed legislative, legal and organisational issues of the investigation of the crimes of the Russian occupiers in Ukraine. They also emphasised the need to actively involve lawyers, forensic experts, parliamentarians, media representatives, etc. in this process.
