It will be extremely important for the future constitutional development of Ukraine (after its victory in the Russo-Ukrainian war) not only to return all illegally annexed and temporarily occupied by the enemy Ukrainian territories, but also to properly protect human rights in Ukraine, secure other democratic values, and strengthen the national statehood of the Ukrainian people, the Razumkov Centre Research Fellow on Legal Issues, retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Ph.D (Law) Petro Stetsiuk said at the Fourth International Scientific and Practical Conference "Constitutionalism in Wartime" (Lviv, September 23, 2022).
The event was organised by the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education of the Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Well-known legal scholars and political scientists from Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, as well as judges and retired judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Ukrainian MPs of previous convocations and independent experts took part in the conference.
