Expert discussion at Razumkov Centre "EU policy pertaining to Russia: status, trends, prospects"

On September 29, 2022, at 11 AM (Kyiv time) Razumkov Centre will arrange an online expert discussion "EU policy pertaining to Russia: status, trends, prospects." During the discussion, presentation of the TEPSA edition "Russia and the Future of Europe: Views from the Capitals" is planned (https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-030-95648-6), examining the attitudes of various European countries to Russia. The book also presents the opinions and assessments of Razumkov Centre’s experts.

The Centre’s policy paper on resistance to the Kremlin's information attack https://analytics.intsecurity.org/en/objective-information-about-the-kremlins-aggression/ prepared as part of a joint project implemented by the Centre for International Security with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Office in Ukraine, will be presented as well.

Representatives of the state authorities, non-governmental think tanks from Ukraine and the EU countries and independent experts are expected to take part.

Official languages: Ukrainian, English.

The discussion will focus on the following issues:

  • Evolution of attitudes of the EU countries towards Russia against the background of the war in Ukraine.
  • European integration of Ukraine as a means of internal reforms and a tool for resisting the Russian aggression.
  • A war of meanings: ways and lines of resistance to the "Russian World".
