On September 27, 2023, the Director of Energy Programmes of Razumkov Centre V. Omelchenko took part in an event important for the state and future development of Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

It was attended by the Prime Minister of Ukraine D. Shmyhal, Ukraine’s national deputies, government officials, heads of the largest Ukrainian energy companies, Chairman of the US Senate Energy Committee D. Manchin, representatives of private business and the expert community.

During the event, issues of preparation for the autumn-winter period of 2023–2024, problems of reforming Naftogaz of Ukraine and the key provisions of the new energy strategy of Ukraine, which provides for further European integration of the Ukrainian energy sector and accelerated "green transition" to carbon-free energy, were discussed.

The event was organized by Forbes Ukraine magazine. Nearly 200 people took part.
