The Razumkov Centre is deeply saddened by the death on 29 November of Dr. James G. McGann, Director of Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

As a top scholar and gifted communicator Dr. James G. McGann, had an exceptionally positive influence on development of Think Tanks all over the world and creation of their global community.

The Razumkov Centre values greatly the attention Dr. James G. McGann has paid to the development of Think Tanks in Central and Eastern Europe and Ukraine in particular.

Dr. James G. McGann will be greatly missed and always remembered as a top academic, a generous mentor and a decent man.
