- pace of the labour market recovery after the start of full-scale military operations in Ukraine;
- regional imbalances in the labour market: unemployment and deficiency of labour resources:
- the main obstacles on the way to complete restoration of the labour market;
- ways and tasks of the state policy to overcome the shortage of labour resources in Ukraine.
