A fat target was hit by Neptunes - everybody in Russia will feel the effect

Oleksiy Melnyk, who leads foreign policy and international security programmes at Razumkov Centre, spoke on Radio NV about Russians seizing in September only half of their August gains, the liquidation of collaborator Volodymyr Leontyev in Kherson region, the consequences of the Neptune attack on Elektrodetal plant in Bryansk region, the US decision to share intelligence information with Ukraine for long-range missile strikes on the Russian energy infrastructure.
