The new package of military aid to Ukraine, announced as a result of the Rammstein-3 meeting of the heads of the defense ministries of Ukraine's allies, is insufficient for reaching a turning point in the Russia-Ukraine war. However, it is likely that not all agreements have become public, and therefore we can hope that the volume of real aid is greater.
There are two conditions for Ukraine’s victory in this war: first, achieving parity with the enemy's army, then achieving an advantage that will allow a counteroffensive. But specific terms depend on many factors.
This opinion was expressed by Oleksiy Melnyk, Co-director of the Razumkov Centre’s Foreign Relations and International Security Programmes and military expert, in an exclusive interview with OBOZREVATEL.
