Participation in the international conference "National Resilience as a Key Element of National Security: Architecture, Challenges and Ways of Strengthening"

On November 28, 2025, Ivano-Frankivsk hosted the 1st international scientific and practical conference "National Resilience as a Key Element of National Security: Architecture, Challenges and Ways of Strengthening". The conference was organized by the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas in cooperation with the state authorities, local self-government bodies and a number of leading Ukrainian and foreign universities and think tanks, including the National University of Ostroh Academy, the Higher School of Public Administration (Kyiv), the Jagiellonian University (Kraków), the Higher School of Law and Administration in Rzeszów (WSPiA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa), and the Ukrainian Centre for Economic and Political Studies named after Olexander Razumkov. At the beginning of the conference, the Rector of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Ihor Chudyk sincerely thanked the sponsors of the conference and awarded memorable diplomas to the long-standing international academic partners of the University, including the Rector of the Higher School of Law and Administration in Rzeszów, Doctor of Law, Prof. Jerzy Posłuszny. 

The conference participants focused on the issues of public management of infrastructural resilience, peculiarities of protecting critical systems (standards, innovations, cyber resilience, security of the future) under martial law, and business, as a driving force of infrastructure restoration. Opening the conference, its initiator and ideological inspirer, Professor of the Department of Public Management, Administration and National Security of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Doctor of Philosophy Dmytro Dzvinchuk noted the extraordinary importance and multifaceted nature of the problem of Ukraine's national resilience in modern conditions. The conference was attended by Mykola Sunhurovsky (Director of Military Programmes at Razumkov Centre, Candidate of Technical Sciences, senior research fellow) with a report “Culture of Resilience and Conceptual Approaches to Steady Operation of Critical Infrastructure and Intersectoral Interaction”, and Petro Stetsiuk (Razumkov Centre research fellow on legal issues, retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine) with a report “Constitutional Principles of National Resilience of Ukraine (Current Status and Prospects for Improvement)”.
