On October 20, 2025, Volodymyr Omelchenko, Director of Energy and Infrastructure Programmes of Razumkov Centre, took part in the Forum as the moderator of the panel "Is there light, or not? How the energy system holds up under fire". 

The Forum considered topical energy issues: preparation for the heating season, problems of gas supply to the country against the backdrop of regular destruction of the gas production infrastructure by the enemy, the current state of the United Energy System, progress of the European integration of energy markets, etc.

The event was attended by chairmen of two Verkhovna Rada Committees, the Deputy Minister of Economy, the head of the Energy Community representative office, heads of energy companies and industry associations, leading industry experts and journalists.
