On March 4, Razumkov Centre’s research fellow on legal issues, retired judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Doctor of Law Petro Stetsiuk completed the training course "European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine: Constitutional and Legal Aspects" with the lecture "Prospects of Constitutional Development of Ukraine in the Context of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration", which was delivered to the participants of master's and doctoral programmes of the Ukrainian Free University in Munich.
The listeners heard an overview of the main scientific approaches to the problems of modern constitutional development, its features and specific features in the context of new challenges and threats that have arisen in recent decades for the European Union.
Particular attention was paid to the negative consequences of full-scale Russian aggression for the constitutional development of Ukraine.
