Expert discussion “Ukraine-Slovakia: present-day realities and prospects of partnership”

On September 27, 2024 Razumkov Center, international public organization “Carpathian Platform” and the Public Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine held an expert discussion supported by the Hanns Seidel Foundation “Ukraine-Slovakia: present-day realities and prospects of partnership”.

During the discussion, the following topics were discussed:

  • The state, problems and features of current relations between Ukraine and Slovakia
  • European integration of Ukraine: the Slovak factor
  • Specificity and prospects of partnership in the economic, trade, energy, socio-cultural spheres
  • Kyiv-Bratislava: potential and opportunities of public diplomacy

Serhiy Dzherzh — head of the Ukraine-NATO Civic League, head of the Public Council under the Ministry ofForeign Affairs of Ukraine;

Ihor Zhdanov — head of the Open Policy Foundation, ex-Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine (2014–2019);
