The implementation of the Minsk agreements plants a mine under the power system and the future of Ukraine

The Minsk agreements provide for budget financing of autonomous territories of Donbas.

“The Minsk agreements include provisions, which are unacceptable for Ukraine”, — said one of the authors of the Constitution of Ukraine, professor of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Viktor Musiyaka.

“If we implement the Minsk agreements, we will plant a mine under the power system and the future of Ukraine. According to these agreements, certain changes should be made to the Constitution of Ukraine, in particular, the definition of the special status of the territories”, - he said during a discussion “Return of Donbas occupied territories. Ukrainian plan”, which is held jointly by the weekly publication “Mirror of the Week” and the Ukrainian school of political studies.

Musiyaka also noted that the agreements clearly provide for the budget financing of Donbas autonomous territories, and a number of provisions, which are unacceptable.
