KYIV. 25 May. UNN. The European Union still cannot come to a common conclusion on the introduction of the sixth sanctions package against Russia that should include oil embargo as a mandatory item. According to Bloomberg, this week Brussels will once again delay "culminating sanctions" as Hungary specifically continues to oppose the oil embargo.
