May EU summit: what will be discussed and what are the expectations

Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, officially convened the EU summit on 30-31 May. The focus will be on Ukraine and the impact of the war waged by Russia, including the search for ways for Ukrainian food exports against the backdrop of the Russian blockade of ports, energy issues. What are the expectations from this summit? Can we count on real breakthroughs, including in embargo issues and unblocking of ports?
