The paper reunites contributions from 38 experts, analysts and former officials from 16 countries, including experts from Razumkov Centre. The publication addresses topics related to the political dimension (e.g., democratisation or support of civil society), the economic dimension (e.g., development of transport routes or digitalisation), security and regional cooperation in a multilateral format.

This collaborative report continues the series of the papers published by European Institute of Romania in the microstudies collection, being the 4th after the ones dedicated to the future of Europe, the relation between the European Union and the African Union, and the Three Seas Initiative.
