Emphasizing the importance of continuous communication between civil society and parliament in matter of ensuring its "democratic stability" in wartime, Razumkov Centre research fellow on legal issues P. Stetsiuk drew the attention of the public debate participants to the issues of publicity in the work of the Verkhovna Rada, guarantee of intra-parliamentary democracy (in particular, the rights and legitimate interests of the parliamentary minority), as well as the need for constant improvement of parliamentary procedures, including the organization of the legislative process. The latter, according to the expert, also applies to Part 10 of Article 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
